Hi, I don’t agree with your No. 8 : Having PR3+ home page. I see lots of PR0 and even Grey barred pages rank No. 1 on google for relatively competitive keywords. The PR of your pages has very small value in SEO. Dont waste your time building your PR, Getting relevant backlinks will help your rankings!!!!
